Joshua Tree provides us with annual maintenance of our trees and bushes (of which we have many) and provides tree and branch cutting/ removal as needed. They always meet the schedule and estimate... and leave our property neat and clean. more

Their work is neat, they made sure debri was raked up, even parts they didn't create. They were efficient. Their of care for plants is good, giving good advice on existing trees and plants. They are easy to talk with and polite. more

We were extremely pleased with the recent tree service provided to us by Joshua Tree. Everyone, every step of the way, was very courteous and attentive to what we wanted for our tree. The tree cutters were also polite and made sure that we were happy with what they were doing. They stopped several times and checked with us before they continued. (They even stopped work to allow a squirrel to cross the yard.) They were also surprisingly quiet and cleaned up the yards until it looked as if no work at all had been done that day. The tree looks great and is exactly what we wanted. (At least twice in the past we have had issue with other tree services. Once we even had to stop a company and end the job right then and there before our tree was ruined.) Joshua Tree delviered what they promised and what we wanted! They showed up on time and when scheduled. Communication with them was outstanding. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will not hesitate to use them again! I remember a few years ago coming to a stop at a red light and looking out my side window and seeing a Joshua Tree truck. I thought to myself, "Wow what a nice, clean truck." Then I thought, "If they treat their vehicles so well, I can imagine how well they treat their customers." Fast forward to two months ago. I needed a rather large tree right outside my living room window removed. Whom do I call? Whom do I trust with such a precarious job? I pulled out my little local business yellow pages and the first ad I saw was for Joshua Tree. I immediately remembered that day when I pulled up next to their truck. Naturally, I would call them first. But before I did, I had homework to do: find out how much a similar job costs. So, I got on the Internet and read articles about tree removal and what it should cost to remove different size trees. With a figure in mind (and lots of questions), I called Joshua Tree. The quote Joshua Tree gave me was right on the nose. Because it was right on the nose, I did not feel the need to get other quotes. Not only did Joshua Tree's quote impress me, so did how they treated me: with care and courteousness. They answered all my questions, promptly returned all my phone calls and e-mails, removed my tree in less time then I was quoted, cut the wood to my specifications, removed ALL the debris and left the area clean. Most importantly, nothing came crashing through my picture window! Needless to say, I was highly dazzled with the folks at Joshua Tree: from the person who answered the phone to the crew who removed my tree and everyone in between. I highly recommend Joshua Tree because they care about their customers, care about the work they do - and most importantly - they care about the impression they leave their customers with. My impression? High quality work, reasonable prices, a caring and courteous staff. more

We have used Joshua for several years for a variety of tree services - trimming, fertilizing, disease control, etc. We are able to discuss our concerns and get answers in a prompt manner. We trust what they tell us. Their services are expensive so unfortunately, because of the economy, we've had to cut back and decline continuing scheduled services. more
