Bruce H Orr is a partner at the firm Wyse & Kadish, and should not be trusted with sensitive information. \r \r A private investigation has revealed serious allegations of conspiring with other attorneys for a price as well as sharing private, confidential client information in a manner which completely violates attorney-client privilege.\r \r The investigation is ongoing and the results will be turned over to local media and the Oregon State Bar. In the meantime, if you value your privacy don't trust this attorney with your information! \r \r Bruce H Orr at the firm Wyse & Kedish is very likely to share that information with other attorneys, maybe even the attorney that you hired him to fight for you against. more

We went to Mr. Kadish to mediate our 5/29/2012

We went to Mr. Kadish to mediate our divorce. He did a good job of outlining how to come to an agreement. We used his advice, and were able to come to an agreement. We wished to get his advice on whether our agreement was fair to both parties before finalizing the paperwork. Upon calling him, he said that we would need to take it to separate lawyers to help make that decision. He could not help us determine what was fair. Our reason to go a mediator was to avoid the cost of lawyers. He was basically taking the easy position to manage paperwork, but not assist with questions on content. So I paid an extra $60 on a phone call to find this out. And to find out we don't need to pay someone $300 per hour to push papers. more

I had an excellent experience working with David Bean and Josh Kadish at Wyse Kadish. Both of them were highly professional and knowledgeable from the start. Of equal importance, it was immediately evident that they quite sincerely had my best interests in mind. Both David and Josh displayed a heartfelt interest in me personally. I was never treated as just another client. Rather, I was made to feel that my situation was of the utmost importance to them. This attitude showed not only in our interpersonal dealings but also in the outcome of my legal situation, in which I was quite pleased. Additionally, they were exceptionally fair with their fees. They are worthy of my highest recommendation. more
