Sam did a great job with my much negected tresses. She also made resonable recommendations for products after I asked for her oppinion; she didn't try to pressure me into buying lots of products I probably wouldn't use or need. more

My experience was top notch as usual! Ray my colorist and stylist accomodated me in every way! I was late getting to my appt. because of work and traffic and he stayed till after closing to finish my hair and make me look my best! Everyone at Joseph and Friends is a pro! I come back time and time again and will never go anywhere else! more

Couldn't ask for better 10/10/2011

From the moment you walk in the door of J&F Roswell you are greeted and made to feel welcome. You're not just another appointment to these folks. I highly recommend you go see Ernest if you've never been before. He listens when he needs to, gives you his opinion when you ask - basically he scores an 11 on the "trust factor scale of 10." Can't miss. more

Above expectations! 9/29/2011

The 1-1/2 hours I spend at Lauren's hands were superb. She hit all the right spots, found all the knots and left me like a dish rag. I had to sit around for about 20 minutes before I felt comfortable driving the 5 miles to my house. Thank you Lauren! more

Lookin Hot Again 9/24/2011

I am a regular at Joseph and Friends and Ernest is one of the best hair dressers I have ever used. Never do I worry about him doing someting wild or silly that I will have to deal with every morning until it grows out. I also love the atmosphere when I walk in the door. The person at the front counter always calls me by name and makes me feel very special. In today's hectic world of technology it is really nice to have personal treatment. more

The service in the salon is always outstanding, but the one thing I would change is the number of appointment reminders. Too many starting a week out on both text and e-mail and then finally a phone message too even though a confirmation reply is sent. more
