We were recommended Jordan River Moving by a fellow colleague who had recently took their services as for me I consider myself the foremost expert on moving and I've also re-located about once every 3 years for the past 10 years and have the capability to distinguish a bad moving company from a good one so I decided to give a try to this new company and I think this company hands down the best moving service I have ever used! I used them for my move from my apartment to a few blocks away and believe me they came out to be like real professional service providers and they were not only speed but also dependable and most importantly all my stuff showed up in great condition. Highly recommended. more

First of all, I have often had unfavorable experiences with most moving companies as for Jordan Moving I had no choice but to hire them as they were the only movers available for the day I required help and to say the truth I had no regrets with this. I called them up and from the beginning these guys were just amazing. They were extremely thorough from the consultation all the way to the follow up call the day after our move. They were on time, friendly considering the fact that the schedule was on a Sunday morning , and they were cautious with our belongings. Thanks guys you made our day. more

Right from beginning the service from Jordan River Moving and Storage was great, the movers showed up right on time. The main reason why I hired movers was for my sofa bed. Again, after carefully wrapping the sofa, they managed to navigate the three flights of stairs without a nick on any walls. Although they were drenched in sweat afterwards, they still maintained a smile as they moved onto the next big item. Then I considered the amount of care they took to protect the furniture, the difficulties of the staircases, and travel time between the two properties, and realized that 5 hours was quite reasonable. I am sure my money was spent well. more

Very professional, yet inexpensive. I scheduled with Jordan River Moving just a couple of days in advance of my move, and I was happy with the process of making the appointment. The movers showed up on time, and my move took about 3 hours including the driving time. The stuff arrived in good condition. Couldn't be happier with the move. more

We hired Jordan Moving and Storage to move . Moving a big house that you've lived in for 15 years is a disorienting experience also the accompanying emotion of leaving an old home for a new one. Then there's the physical thing...if you plan up to do everything on your own you have to pack these boxes which seem incredibly heavy, then the Jordan guys loaded 2 or 3 boxes each of them on their backs at a time which is awe-inspiring. The only disadvantage at our end was to get them a cashier's cheque from my bank as they did not accept card payment on that day for some reason. But overall not a bad service from Jordan. more

Cross coutry move from NY to WA went great, got an in home estimate from another company and Jordan River beat the estimate so I had the prince in writing. I had to be a little flexible on the pickup window but it was worth it to get a discounted rate. They provided a direct delivery and I was very pleased with the entire move. more

These guys are great, we had an amazing experience. They showed up even a little early which was great and got to work right away. They were very careful with our furniture and I have to say I was super impressed by how much they were able to carry at one time. \r \r It was nice to have wardrobes to move our hanging clothes and they were prepared with blankets, boxes and anything else to pack our delicate frames and mirrors. Our apartment had four flights of stairs so it is no easy task and they did a great job.\r \r Also, their customer service is top notch, Sean asked great questions to get acquainted with the space and called me the day before to confirm everything and ensure we were ready to go. Also, no damage to our furniture is a huge plus!\r \r If and when we move again we will surely be using Sean and his team, A+ service!\r more

This was my second move with Jordan River Moving and Storage and again I was very pleased with their friendliness, professionalism, efficiency and customer service. I had a horrible moving experience with another company sometime back and I have decided will always use Certified Relocation for any of my future moves, great company and great people! They were even very kind and patient with our 10 year old kid who was mezmerized by their physical strength and watched their every move. Thanks for an easy day for a stressful event like moving! I care and am concerned about my friends that is why I was determined not to make them move my big heavy metal furniture down the four flights of shallow stairs from our old apartment from which I moved out. The guys from Jordan River Moving and Storage were recommended to us and backed by this evidence I had seen them in practical moving out a household just in a our neighbourhood. Without thinking twice I booked them up . On the day of the move they were right on time, professional, friendly and quick, even though I called them just a couple of days before the move., they managed to take care of our stuff and completed the move on time. more

I was recommended Jordan River Moving and Storage from a colleague in the office who had all the good words to speak about them and I called them to give this company a try and to stick to their estimate, they were professional and courteous and got the job done as fast. And when we discovered that our couch was wobbling in its new home, the concerned person from the department himself came over to inspect it. He was unable to find any problem with the couch and we realized this later that it was the floor. Well it was, but without hesitation he went ""above and beyond"" by modifying our couch to fit. When someone cares about his customers' satisfaction that much, that's who you want to move your belongings with. Overall the move went very smoothly . more

I was introduced to Jordan River Moving and Storage by a colleague who recently took up moving through this company . Moving is one of my most loathed activities and these guys made it so simple. They were on time, quick, efficient, fun and treated all my items with care and respect. The price was just right and on track with the quote so there were no surprises at the end..After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. I feel that t hey have the scope to improve but I would still recommend them and would definitely use them again more

After doing a bit of research over the net and consulting a few colleagues who had recently moved we called up Jordan River Moving and Storage and spoke to their sales representative who helped us with every query we had on our mind related to the move and decided to book them. On the day of our move the guys were on time and did a walk through and asked us great questions about the structural soundness of some of the old furniture which were specific to the move and not irrelevant at all. Once the guys got going they were very efficient which was great on their part since they managed to finish work within the specific time range and we were really happy and would also recommend them to anyone who is planning to move with them. more

The guys from Jordan River Moving and Storage were good . I actually lived a couple of blocks away from this company so when the time to move came it was a no-brainer as to who we were going to use to move us out a few blocks away. We had way more stuff than I'd estimated (as always seems to be the case!), but the guys had us moved in just a few hours and were off to their next job before I even know what hit me. It was like an tropical whirlwind coming up and picking up all our stuff and put it all down gently across to our destination. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

Great Job and very professional. My partner and I had to move his and my apartment into a new apartment all in the past two weeks. Needless to say we had our hands full so it was very important to get the best movers for our budget. We got that and more with Jordan River Moving and Storage. \r \r They were able to schedule two separate moves within a few days notice. The guys showed up early, or on time, and they presented themselves in a very professional manner. They handled all of our items with the best care. Nothing was damaged or mishandled. They worked quickly, efficiently, and smartly. Most importantly, they listened to and followed any of our moving concerns and instructions. They offered great stress relief from the rigors of moving. Great job overall from the front office to the guys in the trucks. \r \r This was our first time using JR Moving, and we were not disappointed. I used Jordan River Moving and Storage on a recommendation of a distant relative. On the day of the move the movers were on time, efficient and got the job done on time. We were moving about 3 miles and had done a lot of research for movers. We were terrified after reading company after company of horrific experiences people had had with their movers. We came across Jordan River Moving and both decided this was the company to go with. Our guys showed up on time, were super friendly and got to work right away. They took super good care of all of our stuff never took a break and we were so impressed and relieved that everything went just beautifully. We even had a pit stop at another location in order to pick up more furniture and they didn't charge us extra for that because it was on the way. If you need good movers that are dependable, won't overcharge you, threaten you, or take their time to run up the rate, choose this company. They are by far the most professional and effiecient I have ever seen. This company did not have any extra costs and was well worth every penny we spent for the move. No scratches on our stuff and everything put exactly where we wanted it. We will be referring people to them. If you're moving somewhere in WA, check into this company for a worry-free experience. more
