Jonny's Road Testing

Absolutely awful service, been trying to sign up for 4 days, left my number and everything they never pick up and dont call back. more

Great experience with Jonny. Two years ago my daughter tested with him and last week my son did. He was calm and encouraging the whole time. On both occasions he was on time and professional. I liked how he watched my kids follow his instructions without it looking like he was staring them down waiting for a mistake. His (seemingly) laid back attitude was what my kids needed when they could be feeling a little nervous. I highly recommend Jonny and hope your experience goes as well. Thanks Again Jonny! more

Unfortunately, Johnny’s Road Testing has to be the most unprofessional small business that I have had the dissatisfaction of working with. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you wish to receive punctual, reliable and professional service. Jonathan Grimm (owner of Johnny’s Road Testing) was initially a half an hour late showing up for our appointment, in total we waited over an hour and a half. When interacting with Mr. Grimm he was ill-mannered, impolite and outright RUDE. I was treated with blatant disrespect after patiently waiting well over an hour. To make our experience even more unpleasant Mr. Grimm decided to cancel altogether. He calls himself a professional but professional he IS NOT. Apart from our experience, the information listed on the website is false and inconsistent. Mr. Grimm lists his hours of operation as “We are open Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sundays. We are available for appointments from morning till dusk. No tests can be given after dark.” I disagree with this description as we were told by Mr. Grimm that he was done taking appointments by 2:00pm. I would also deem the website’s portrayal of a 45 to 60 minute estimated road test time as completely counterfeit for the reason that Mr. Grimm is scheduling back to back road tests each half an hour. The fundamental problem with Johnny’s Road Testing is not the inaccuracy of Mr. Grimm’s advertisement but his appalling behavior and unacceptable treatment of the customers. he was running late I waited 10 min., someone said he just left to give a road test and would be back in 30 min( no problem, I could be patient). I left and came back 20 min later only to have to wait another 15 min for him to say he dropped me because I was not on time ( he claimed he was back about 15 min. from my appointment time) and he had too many people waiting. He wanted to know why I did not call him when HE was late (he had my number)? This guy has a lot of nerve to blame me for his shortcomings. I did discover (while I was sitting there for almost an hour) that his road test are very short (on average of about 15 min.) i thought most are about 45 min.?hmm, I guess if you don't mind rude, unprofessional behavior this is the place to go.
