I Recommend Family Christian Doors 4/1/2014

He was honest and detailed in what needed to be done to fix my springs. He spoke with honesty and integrity. After he explained everything, I felt that I actually understood most of the details. Since I had had problems with my garage door opener for over a year in my home, I decided to hire the m to replace it. The options, prices, and features were given. Troy Reiter makes FCD my #1 Choice! 3/21/2014

I made an appt. for next day service with FCD after my 14 yr old LiftMaster garage door would not go up or down. I'd had Troy come out in January for a garage door tune-up & was so impressed with his professional courtesy & expertise that I asked for him again if he was available. Troy came out & diagnosed the problem in the gear box & had me up & running in record time! I am so pleased with his service, courtesy & expert advice that I would highly recommend FCD to anyone needing a garage door repair because of the service I've received with Troy. Excellent Service! 3/20/2014

I purchased a tune up from Angie's List and was introduced to Family Christian Doors. It was easy to schedule an appointment and got the time frame I requested. The service tech, Troy Reiter, arrived early, explained what he would do, what issues he may or may not find and remedies for any issues. For anything that was discovered, pricing was provided up front. Recommendations were made, which I appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and for a good price. Our remotes were also programmed to open both the garage door and gate. (Bonus!) I am very pleased with the excellent service and glad I found FCD through Angie's List. more

Troy Reiter was on time. He was kind and courteous. He did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted before beginning. He also did a complete door service, which I was not expecting. I was very pleased with the work as well as the gentleman himself. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called to have the spring replaced was also very kind and was more concerned about my schedule than about getting it done in their time constraints. I appreciate that very much. Family Christian Door replaced our door in 2009 and we have been very pleased with it as well. more

Made an appointment, company called right away and showed up on time. Replaced steel wheels with silicon wheels which made a big difference. Learned quite a bit about garage doors that I didn't know. more

Great service! 3/18/2014

I was very pleased with Troy Reiter as my service technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Very nice guy! The only negative comment I have is that your technicians do not carry batteries with them....my remotes needed batteries so Troy was not able to program them all for me. Not his fault at all....I understand that it is not your policy for technicians to have batteries on their trucks anymore. more

Troy Rieter was very curious and professional, as well as knowledgable in what he was doing. Excellent work and a fine gentleman. I would recommend him to do service on your doors anytime. He even put a note in the notes part of the invoice that stated," Thank you and God bless!" That ment a lot to me. Outstanding work guys. Oustanding and fast service 3/4/2014

Troy Reiter performed a thorough inspection of my garage door before providing me a solution. He did offer standard service as well as an upgrade spring product to improve longterm performance. He was not pushy, very knowledgable and verbally communicated the mechanics of the door to my satisfaction. He removed the broken spring and installed a new one in a very tight garage due to both vehicles being stuck until the door was operational. Troy Reiter was very careful while working around both vehicles and I appreciate his attention to detail in checking all the bolts, hinges, rollers and also greasing the chain/gear. This 15 year door now sounds like a new product. I was shocked. Thank you Family Christian Doors for such great service. I will be recommending your business to my family and friends. more
