Jonathan Dental Spa

This is the best Dental office I have ever visited. Dr. Abenaim is as good as it gets. This is the type of dentistry normally found in major metropolitan areas like NYC and L.A but JDS is conveniently located in Hawthorne, NJ. I love the fact that crowns, implants on-lays, etc are done right in the office. Therefore only one visit is required. Prices are a little high but fair and consistent with this level of dentistry. If you want the very best dentistry in and around Bergen County, I would recommend Jonathan Dental Spa with confidence. more

I haven't been to the dentist in many years and stumbled into Janathan Dental's Office per research my wife performed on the internet. I wasn't sure what I would experiernce when I arrived. To my surprise, Joanathan Dental and the staff were very polite an intuned to my dental needs. Dr. Janathan is extremely innovative and he has a calm appproach to making sure I understood the prcedures and options available to me. In addition, his office was very creative about out-of-the box approaches to plan the payments for my dental procedures. I am very pleased with my experience and my relationship with the doctor is more like a friendship today. I highly recommend Janathan Dental for anyone looking for a new and innovative dental experience. more

Very nice, CLEAN office. The first thing I noticed was the friendly staff and the fun snacks and beverages offered in the waiting room including a massage chair! The girls are very nice and courteous. I came in with my son who was very nervous to have his first cavity filled being that he is only 11 years old. He thought it was going to be very painful but was very shocked when he felt no pain at all! The doctor, hygienist, and assistants made him feel very at ease and the treatment was completed very quickly. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants fast, courteous, and great service. more

This is actually the first dentist I have gone to where I can say the cleaning is completley painless. Not only is the entire staff nice and welcoming, but whatever problems or issues you have with your teeth they are willing to help. I'd reccommend Jonathan Dental Spa to anyone and everyone. :) more

For,years my 9 year old was too scared to cooperate for dental cleanings,and so this made my other children afraid too. I switched to Jonathan Dental Spa in Hawthorne,N.J. and my children were cooperative,comfortable, and happy to be there. All 4 had a terrific friendly hygienist clean their teeth and had flouride and sealants applied. Dr. Jon explained their follow up treatment clearly and the kids returned unafraid and left with pain free restorative care and beautiful smiles! We will continue to follow up with Dr. Jon for all our dental needs. more

I bring both of my daughters to this dentist after first taking them to more than one local dentist who only treated them like a number, not like people. We drive an hour and a half twice a year to get there and it is totally worth it. Pros: Non-invasive, friendly, patient Cons: N/A more

I got hit in the face at the gym and cracked my front tooth in half. I looked so scary that my own kids wouldn't talk to me! I called Dr. Abenaim on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back minutes later. He was able to see me the next day and fixed my tooth so that it looks better then it did before. The whole process took maybe an hour, and was completely pain free. The hardest part of the process was waking up from my relaxing nap in the chair to go home! I can't wait to come back! I went to Dr. Jon to have him look at some stained bonding on my front teeth, but after a cleaning and some x-rays, we found cavities that my old-school (and old aged) dentist simply didn't have the technology (or the attention to detail) to see. Using a real-time camera he showed me my cavities and with a meter, he let me see how deep they ran. Numbers don't lie; we quickly set up an appointment to have my cavities dealt with. Today was my first visit, and he did 7 cavities! It sounds like a lot, but he works so quickly and it was so painless that I thought he only did 3 by the time he was done! Also, I got to pick my favorite station on pandora and he played music through the whole thing. (I was tapping my feet and humming along instead of cringing). Besides a little drool, I had a positive experience. :-) I am not someone who was ever afraid of the dentist, but I WAS someone who settled for a old dentist who I had been going to for years.... but now that I found Dr. Jonathan I will never go back to anyone else.
