Terrible 11/4/2010

I figured...hey this is a family owned business...the service has to be great. COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I put in an order that was due to be delievered in the morning for a good friends birthday (delivery). I get a phone call from them at 5pm telling me that they cant find the address! So i pull up my order...sure enough...address is there and correct. They said they could not find it on google and mapquest and it did not show up...so again...i typed in address....sure enough directions pop up. more
