We have had life insurance policies w Laura Johnson/ Farmers for probably 20 years. I feel that this subsidiary/company may have grown faster than they can adequately handle customers. Back in the day, we bought a life policy ,twe assumed it would last for eternity. Imagine our dismay when we went to a financial advisor and THEY informed us that 2 of our policies were soon going to lapse. Couldn't they have talked to us over those years and suggested other options before we became to old to obtain affordable replacement policies?
Since that time our dealings have gone downhill! Difficult to get return calls, rude, a general no caring attitude. They do not want to deal w me anymore after waiting approx 2.5 weeks for a callback/ answers to my questions. Sheesh!
