My parents have not had a furnace running for a little over 6 weeks now. It is December. They had gone with a company out of clear lake Iowa. The service tech had replaced alot of expensive parts in their furnace. Still it did not work. They were told by the tech at the end of a 6 week plus battle they needed a new furnace. Not able to aford a new furnace they called Johnson Heating out of Mason City Iowa. The tech showed up promply. He was very curtious and went right to work. He had inspected the furnace and determined that a pair of pliers would fix it. He then removed a bird from the fresh air intake and the furnace worked. Wow, all i got to say is wow. Im not into bashing competition, but they cost mom and dad alot of money. My hats off to Johnson heating and AC. Thank you for a great job. Dad wants a ten star rating for these guys. By the way Johnson heating was in and out in an hour, compared to 6 plus weeks and no funace by the competition. Thanks again Johnson heating and AC. more
