I love this office. The staff are all great. It goes a long way when you are having your teeth scraped at 7am.

Worst

This was the poorest cleaning I ever had ,the tech was very rough, and left me bleeding and in pain, still in pain today wont be back for awhile, not happy

This is the best Dentist I have ever gone to. The staff is like family alway warm and pleasent. Would not go to anyone else even if I did not have to pay. This dentist is an artist! My son when to a freind who is a dentist and he asked him who did his teeth before and told him he should go back to him because his work was beyond compare. !!!! more

My visit to Johns Creek Dental Excellence was good. The staff is very friendly. I actually look forward to going to the dentist here when I have always dreaded that in the past. They make you feel welcome and very comfortable. Dr. Parsa is always very gentle and sensitive to the things that make you uneasy. more

The staff is friendly and prompt. I never have to wait long for the hygienist or to see Dr. Parsa. I also appreciate that they try to make the experience painless and even relaxing. I really enjoy the heated neck pillow! more

Excellent Prompt Service 11/20/2009

I am a brand new patient which was looking for a new dentist. I just happen to drive by this dental office, went in for a brief conversation with the receptionists and dental assistant. After talking with them and getting their professional responses to my questions, I scheduled an appointment for a general cleaning. I came in for the appointment and was seen at exactly my appointment time. The service received was very prompt, professional, courteous, and very understandable because they explained very clearly each step of the service. I would highly recommend this office and dentist. more

The hygienist is very professional and knowledgeable. Her work is thorough with care. She is the best hygienist I have so far after trying several dental offices nearby my house since I moved. It is a 30 minutes drive from my house to the dental office. It is well worth it. more

The dentist.....as pleasant as it could possibly be! 10/20/2009

I am terrified of the dentist; however, everyone there was amazing!! They even offered me music if I needed it to help block everything out. I didn't need the music, but everyone there was VERY informative and gave me as much information as possible. Added bonus, the chair was sooo comfy, the office was nice, and they seemed to have all the new equipment (I also didn't have to go in a separate room for my x-rays...they were done in the same chair), I got a "lavendar" rag to wipe my face with afterward, and some awesome goodies to take home! Also, it wasn't quite as expensive as I had planned and they didn't try to sell me any "added" needs. If it's possible for a dentist visit to be pleasant...these ladies did it!! =) more
