Best

This is a really fun restaurant with good service and good food. The shakes and malts are to die for. Decor is in 50's style with metal tables and bar stools like a soda fountain...

Decent food 4/15/2006

The food is pretty good but the lines are huge. If the service wasn't so slow, then I'm sure that the lines wouldn't be so bad. There are always people here so its a bit noisy. If you're in a rush for food, don't come here. For the food quality, I'm not sure why so many people are here. There are much better deals and WAY better food elsewhere in the Summit. more

Johnny Rockets 4/5/2006

Johnny Rockets is a retro-type restaurant. However, I don't like it. The place is over-crowded, the service is very slow, and the food is ok. The prices are ok. The staff is not friendly, even though they are wearing retro uniforms. They just don't seem to care to be serving you, and they don't seem to care you are there. In fact, I had one cashier once NEVER say a word. NEVER! He just nodded when I was ready to begin to ordering, and when the total came, he just stood there. I could have died! I haven't been back. more

Expensive, busy, not really worth it 1/7/2006

This is definitely the place where all the kids shopping at the Summit gravitate towards. They offer mostly burgers and shakes. It has a retro interior and the staff wears retro uniforms, but it hardly masks the mediocre food. This place is always crowded, as there aren't many seating options if you don't wish to sit on a barstool or outside. It's expensive, and the service is slow. I'd recommend going to one of the many other restaurants at the Summit. more

fun 50's 11/17/2005

This is a really fun restaurant with good service and good food. The shakes and malts are to die for. Decor is in 50's style with metal tables and bar stools like a soda fountain shop. 50's music plays and the hamburgers are good, really down home. more

  • In Short
Vintage Coca-Cola ads and posters of Life magazine covers succinctly summon up the 1950s, as do this diner's mini-jukeboxes, red vinyl counter stools and sock-hopping staff....
