We are very happy with the work the crew did on replacing our roof. They helped us in the selection of color, and the installation crew was very professional. All of our neighbors continue to compliment the roof, including one retired neighbor who keeps telling us that he has never seen a more efficient crew of workers in his 30 plus years in the construction industry. Second, we really enjoyed working with your company and appreciated the level of expertise that y'all provided to us during our roof project. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that the project went smoothly. Our contract was handled in a professional manner which we appreciated. Your workers were very willing to answer questions and offer explanations, and worked very efficiently. They were very consciensious about the clean up and very nice to my 4 year old daughter who watched them from the window and asked them questions about their equipment. more

John Michael Roofing and Skylights over delivered. The work crew not only did what was expected, but they made sure everything was 110%. With an expensive house in Mercer Island WA, the quality of work was extremely important to me and I was amazed at the value I received. more

Roofing Repair – Leaking Roof 1/8/2012

We contacted John Michael Roofing and Skylights to perform an inspection and locate the problems. They identified that the roofing system had extensive hail damage. We filed the roofing repair insurance claim and John Michael Roofing and Skylights took over from there. They coordinated to meet the field adjuster on site for the initial inspection and were instrumental in helping us collect funds for the roof as well as the interior work the roof leaks had caused. John Michael Roofing and Skylights removed and replaced the existing roof and performed all the interior work as specified by our insurance carrier. We are pleased to say our roof problems are solved. We would highly recommend John Michael Roofing and Skylights to fulfill your roofing and storm damage needs. more

I don’t know a lot about roofs and my husband wasn’t available to speak to John Michael Roofing and Skylights , so John took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done. more

Overall exceptional customer service. 1/8/2012

My house (less than 1200 sq ft) was a small job. Roof was replaced in early November 2011. The crew came a few weeks after contract signed. There were some issues with some bad shingles (bent corners, not flat), but John Michael Roofing and Skylights looked after it personally. I would have given a 5 if they didn’t have to come back to replace the defective materials. more
