How Ya'll Want to tell ya my story. Go down to John Gibson Auto Sales and get ya something to drive they got so much stuff you can hardly walk on the lot. Got me a 09 Kawaski 750 efi 4x4 \r 4 wheeler to help me farm my land in Mena. My hearty new black 4x4 four wheeler with only 57 miles on it, is going to make my work on my farm a whole heck of a lot easier. Pulling the plough & hauling the hay and everything else on the farm this 4 wheeler will make my work go a lot smoother and a lot faster. And best of all it will save my back. Yahoo more

Bought a 2010 Harley Chopper last Saturday at John Gibson Auto Sales by the lake. Couldn't get one at the Harley shop because of my credit. Picked one out, from about 100 of bikes in the motorcycle room. Took me about an hour to decide on which one..... Place was packed. Salesmen cracking jokes the whole time. Took about an hour to do the paperwork Place was packed. Sales men cracking jokes the whole time couldn't stop laughing. Huge lot, bikes, cars, trucks everything. Friend told me about the place. John Gibson Auto will scam you 12/27/2011

If you are a consumer looking to truly get scammed by an auto dealership then John Gibson Auto here in Hot Springs is certainly where you want to come! Facts are that this dealership was just in recent months raided by the feds and warrants were in order for all sorts of scammy dealings therein.. The vehicles are sub par in condition engine wise no matter how nice the paint so don't be fooled! They will sell you some way over priced junk at some absurd interest rate and will act like they don't know you after you have handed them your money! The staff is just some motley crew of idiots that think you are too stupid to shy away from an obvious scam! I've lived here in HS for 30 years and this poor excuse of a business is nothing for our city to be proud of! more

John Gibson Auto Sales heard about it from a friend who has bad credit but got a car from there. Went there with some cash looked around a while was hot......... Waited for a while gave them some cash, had to get full-coverage insurance and drove away in a 05 Nissan Altima..... Couldn't get a car from anybody else. When no-one else would give us a car they did. If you need something to get around in, they can help. more

Very rude office staff. Poor customer service. Act like they are doing you a favor by selling you something, which turns out to be a lemon. Company in financial trouble, guess that is why they expect so much down ask a small fortune for wore out stuff poured full of gas and oil treatment so that its all good for a few miles. Best advice is to go down the road and try elsewhere.... more

GIBSON AUTO SALES LIED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE PHONE 9/18/2010

Want to know the price of a vehicle? Call the lot (sit on hold for 15 minutes) and ask. They will tell you the price of anything on their website. Problem is, the website does not have the same vehicles as the lot. We called and spoke to the lot 30 minutes before they closed. Verified price and availability. Next day we spoke to another employee and told him we had already driven the TWO HOURS to get there and would be on the lot in minutes. He said ""Great"" he could get us in the vehicle for $1,000 less than what we were told over the phone. When we got there, no vehicle. We were told that it sold A WEEK AGO! We just drove two hours. But, they wanted us to look at what was on the lot. At first I thought ""it sucks, but mistakes happen."" Then I told someone else about it and they had the same thing happen. So two days later I called the lot again and asked about the same vehicle. Once again I was told that the vehicle was there and only $14,000. No mistake, this was the same man who apologized for ""not knowing"" the vehicle had been sold last time. I even asked him to double check. He said it was on the lot. John Gibson Auto Sales will say anything to get you on the lot and hope that you will settle for a lesser vehicle at a higher price!!!!!!!! Dishonesty is dishonesty and I wouldn't trust them to sell me anything! more

John Gibson's will get anyone in a good car! They are pretty good about standing behind any problems you find after immediately purchasing the car. Just bought an 02 Lincoln Navigator from them. Very high quality vehicle at an excellent price, below book value! Thanks Jim! more

John Gibson is located on Airport road, off of the Martin Luther King Expressway. They have a large selection of all vehicles: trucks, suvs, all sizes of cars, and even boats and motorcycles. If you have poor credit due to bankruptcy, poor payment history, or whatever it may be, come here, and they can help! A down payment as low as five hundred dollars can get you into a car. Note: You pay in high interest. The cars are normally higher up in the miles, but you can find a good clean one that will last. more
