My husband and I bought a terribly run-down manufactured house in Moab and were lucky enough to hire Joe Sorensen to remodel it. It was major undertaking – complete restoration of the exterior, removal of interior walls, installation of pillars and beam, plus new kitchen, windows, doors, HVAC, lighting, plumbing and floors. We did not have an architect or designer. All communication from Salt Lake was by phone and email with two visits per month.
All went as planned! Joe and his foreman, John Huff, did impeccable work. All the subcontractors were friendly and effective. The total cost was within 25% of the original rough estimate based only on conversations between Joe and us.
Our house looks better than we imagined it could and works well for our needs. We are happy to give Joe Sorensen an A1 rating.
