Called at 8 am, and Guy was at the house before noon. He couldn't have been nicer as he repaired our AC unit, and then he stopped by the next morning to make sure it was working properly. Now, that is a great work ethic. more

My family has always used Joe East. Two days ago our A/C stopped working. The wonderful technician came out and fixed it in no time. They are friendly, and provide excellent customer service. My AC went out on a Sunday. I called and talked to the technician on call. He talked me through a couple of things to try to keep from having to pay a premium for a Sunday service call. When the things we tried didn t work, I decided to wait until Monday morning to have them come out to fix my system. I called bright and early on Monday morning and was able to get someone out by 1 pm. The technician called before he came and was there when I arrived at my home. He was very pleasant and very professional. He fixed my problem quickley and checked out the rest of my system to make sure everything else was okay. I couldn t have asked for better service. more

Temperate was 105 degrees, our air conditioner quit at about 3pm. We called Joe East. We had reply from Chris within 30 minutes. Repair orders were backed up. Chris arrived at 7pm. He fixed within 30 minutes. Joe East Heating Company is our friend for life. Thank you. more
