I BOUGHT A 2005 ESCALADE FEB. 25, 2012 AND IT TOOK FOUR AND A HALF HOURS TO DO SO. WHEN I LEFT THE LOT ABOUT 15 MINUTES INTO MY RIDE HOME THE SPEEDOMETER STOPPED WORKING I CALLED MOE LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO RESPONSE BACK. I FINALLY CALLED BACK ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY GOT AHOLD OF MOE TALKED TO HIM ABOUT HOW THE BACK DRIVER SIDE SEATBELT DID NOT WORK, THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT DOES NOT WORK, THE FRONT FOG LIGHT IS BUSTED OUT, THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER DOES NOT WORK, THE BACKSEAT HEATER DOES NOT WORK, THE SIX DISC CD CHANGER DOES NOT WORK, AND THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE LUG NUT IS BUSTED OFF. I EVEN PURCHASED THE 3 YEAR 36,000 MILE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY AND NONE OF THAT IS COVERED. I WAS TOLD IT IS JUST NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND WAS TOLD I KNOW ITS FRUSTRATING BUT I'M JUST STUCK ... THEY DIDNT OFFER TO HELP, NOT EVEN A SORRY. JUST SORRY YOUR STUCK AND NOT HAPPY. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THAT JOE COOPER AGAIN ... THEY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!
