nasty ladies at the fabric counter 1/21/2010

I have been going to Jo-Ann Fabrics for years. and they've always had good sales nice people to work for them until, lately. I have been in the store twice this week looking for a pattern. And the sales ladies at the fabric counters are not nice. They act like your putting them out. When your in the retail business, you need to be nice or people wont be back, and i am one of them. I hope that someone reads this and takes it to heart. If you dont like your job don't take it out on your customer. Go home or go do something you really want to do, that might not be in the public eye. more

Jo-Anns has a good selection of fabrics and sewing acessories for normal prices. They usually have a good assortment of Clearance fabrics. You can sign up for special email offers on the internet and they offer coupons from time to time. This store also carries a pretty good selection of craft supplies and also decorative items. more
