I waited a month for delivery. I received my shipment intact without damage and the delivery folks themselves were pleasant enough. However, my item was to have been delivered on Saturday between 1-5 (this time was dictated to me, not a choice). I received a phone call from the company Saturday morning informing me that delivery would have to be pushed off until Sunday between 1-5 because of transmission problems with their truck. What kind of professional shipping service doesn't have a back-up vehicle? Sunday morning I received another call. ""Hey, we can be there in 40 minutes."" This was at 9:30. I'd rearranged my Saturday to be home that afternoon, then rearranged everything again to be available Sunday afternoon, then they wanted to show up Sunday morning with little warning? Umm... no. I would have appreciated being able to negotiate a delivery time and I definitely would have appreciated the company keeping the original delivery time and date.
