Jividen & Wehnert, LLC, is a law firm serving primarily Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and York Counties. The firm consists of two attorneys, Jacob M. Jividen and Julie A. Wehnert. Attorney Jividen handles criminal cases while Attorney Wehnert’s focus is family law. Although Jividen & Wehnert primarily specializes in criminal and family law matters, the firm is able to handle most general legal needs of the community.The goal of Jividen & Wehnert is to break the stereotyped image that much of the public has towards lawyers. Jividen and Julie A. Wehnert. This is Attorney Jividen’s eleventh year of practice as an attorney. Attorney Jividen began his career with McLain Law Offices, a small law firm in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Attorney Jividen then worked for three years as an assistant district attorney with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Attorney Jividen subsequently moved to central Pennsylvania in 2006 when he became an associate at a local law firm located in Camp Hill until forming Jividen & Wehnert in March of 2011. Attorney Wehnert was admitted to the bar in 2009. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Attorney Wehnert had worked as a paralegal at a local law firm for five years. Following her admission to practice, Attorney Wehnert took over the family law practice at the firm where she had been a paralegal.
