Had a problem 12/7/2007

Had a problem with Jim's Plumbing. Hired them to re pipe entire house. We withheld small portion fo the fee to verify all was ok. A rattle through the core of the house started immediately. They came out and claimed it was not their fault. Then said they would do nothing until the total fee paid. Of course we stated no total payment until its fixed. They cancelled our warranty. Several months later I got sick of the rattle and cut open the drywall myself. I took pictures and sent to Jims' P of a new copper tube sitting on top of the a/c vent. It rattled eveytime the a/c came on. No response on my pictures or letter. I will never use them again. more

Responded promptly / rectified emergency plumbing problem 1/30/2006

I called several plumbers on a Sunday night when all of the toilets in our house suddenly backed up at once. Jim's Plumbing responded promptly to the page I left and were at my home in 30 minutes. Jim's fixed the problem by using their machine to clear out the sewage line in our yard, determining that the large oak tree was growing thru the sewage pipe. Jim's did not charge an exorbinate rate and did a great job in an emergency. I would recommend them highly. more

A plumbing company that shows care 6/28/2005

This is a smaller plumbing company that is not exhorbitant in price. They have an hourly charge and material charge instead of over charging for a job completed in little time. The plumber are courteous and clean. I was very satisfied wth the work I had done by them. They offer weekend and night work incase of an emergency. Since they are resonably price and always fast to respond I would recommend them. more
