Faced with a troubling pet stain on my carpet, I called Jimmy's on a whim during the Sunday afternoon that I spotted the offensive marking (cat urine, *gag*).\r

To my surprise, Jimmy answered and offered to be at my place within the hour. A day later the stain/smell is gone and I'm a proud customer. \r

Not only did Jimmy roll up in his van-- a rig that sports a Spongebob sticker--on time, he offered me tips on dealing with/combating future markings AND pressure cleaned my front steps as a courtesy, advising me that there was no sense in having a carpet cleaned if I was going to track in new dirt.\r

He was willing to work with me price-wise, considering the small area that needed attention, and I'm certain I got top value for my dollar. \r

I have a handful of his business cards that I plan to pass around actively; this is a small business I'd hate to see flop! As their motto goes ""Clean rugs matta"" :)
