Positive: My problem was handled efficiently. A new tire was ordered, delivered and installed within an hour. Negative: I asked to have my tire pressures corrected and that wasn't done. Also, I guess you don't offer a complimentary car wash--and your customer lounge has no drinking water. more

I went to go buy a new vehicle on Friday and after the worst experience with Bob Stall Chevy & Courtesy Chevy was starting to look at other makes but decide to give Chevy in one more try. Instead of looking at new vehicale we originally went in to buy a used Tahoe at Jimmy Johnson to give Chevy another try. There was nothing there on the lot that interested us, but the moment we meet Trevor things right away had a positive vibe which was nice after our two other visits to other dealers. He was not pushy and suggested they we might be interest in a new Silverado so we did and fell in love. I am extremely happy with our new purchase and now will ALWAYS drive the extra couple of miles to get the quality service from Jimmy Johnson and their staff. I cannot express enough the wonderful pleasant experience we had and now we will be a life time customer because buying a vehicle has always been extremely stressful for us except for this purchase. This is our 4th time buying Chevy’s in the past 10 years and was pleased with the no hassle /games with rebate that other dealers (Bob Stall & Courtesy)play and was given the best deal up front with out the back and forth games of pricing.
