I dropped my trailer for an inspection to sell it and they kepted it for 5 days, didn't call me to advice me what it needs and why, they just changed things expecting it to be accepted per their say. 2 years before and after changing 4 tires, 2 rims, repacked the bearings and had the electtric brakes replaced, and the connector replaced, they tell me that the trailer is a peace of krap! All because I got on their case for not seeking athorization to do any changes, wanted to charge me $325.00 for work I did not agree to, so they treaten to remove it all and call it a day. Everthing was working when I dropped it off, because I inspected the lights before i took there for this very reason, one bulb was burned out, but the breaks worked, the wiring harness worked and the trailler served its purpose.
Take photos, double check everything and even have a second collaborator with you during the inspection to ensure you don't get taken.
Now I fear they screwed up something on purpose out of spite.
