Excellent place to take you Honda, almost had to give up my car until I took it to JH- my timing belt went out on my 2000 CRV, but JH was able to fix my car without it costing me more than the car is worth & it is good to go for another 150,000 miles. Had new radiator and oil pan installed on '98 Honda Civic. Great job as usual. Service was friendly, work is reliable and timely as it has been for the last 6 years. JH always beats the dealer price and quotes have been accurate and thorough--sometimes the bill is less than quote which is a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!! more

have an 99 Accura and the transmission went out. Called the dealer that I bought the car from and got a quote around 6,000 dollars. As I was at work and sounded upset after the call for a price to fix it, my friend told me about JH. She has gone for years. So I called them , gave all my info and was told after a minute or two , received the price, including the tax. The price under 3,600, saved me about 2,400. I needed to leave the car a week. But got my car back in 4 days. Very happy. Friendly and Great Work and Great Price. I need that 2,400 in my account for other things. Highly recommend. more

After spending thousands of dollars over several years at this place, I was told my business wasn't wanted anymore after I had trouble getting an accurate estimate for brake work on my Honda Accord. It seems like this place used to be a less expensive alternative to Honda dealers before the owner hired someone to answer his phone and give vague, inaccurate estimates. Now the dealer charges are about the same as this place, and the dealer treats their customers much, much better. Plus, this place is a dump. The owner/Jim, who is also the mechanic, often has leftover parts when he puts your car back together. If you decide to go here, I'll say a prayer that you don't get killed because he forgot something important... more

This gem has been has been within walking distance to my house but never tried them because I always felt better going to a big garage but glad I did they were by far the best garage I have went to they were as good as my dealer ship garage. more

I found them 2 years ago and i'm so glad I did. Have u even heard of a bill being lower than the estimate? I'll never use the dealer again! They even fixed my stereo free. I highly recommend! more

I am a single parent and I own a Honda Accord. I love my Honda. I had an issue with my car and a friend recommended J H Auto Care --. I called and talked to Jim. I explained that I had been to several shops and my friend Mary , recommended I take my car to them to have them look at it. I was worried that had already taken it to 2 other repair shops - the ones that do ""everything"". Jim made an appt for me the next day. \r \r I had to leave my car for them to check it out, but I did not mind, since I had been to several other places and wasted 4-5 hours each time and the problem still existed. Well Jim called me about about 1 hour later , explained to me exactly what I needed and then gave me a breakdown of the parts, labor , taxes etc.\r \r They use dealer parts (Honda parts) and had a dealer type guarentee so I authorized the work. They also gave my car an inspection and noted things that were in 3 categories, dangerous, need to fix soon, may want to consider at some point in time. Example - I did not have anything dangerous, (thank goodness) he indicated I had about 2,000 miles on my brakes and that I would need an oil change soon. He also told me about a recall that Honda has out on my car, and advised me to go to the dealer and get it taken car of and sense it was a ""recall"" it would not cost me anything.\r \r Jim was very nice and professional , really friendly. Then I found out he was the owner. \r This is a very small independent car repair that specializes in Honda car repair using Honda parts.\r \r I recommend if you or someone you love owns a Honda, that you take it to them.\r more
