I went there and was surprised to see how small the store was. I asked about that and they said the tv displayed there California store . The prices selection and stones on display were amazing and they have lots of loose stones as well. Rachel was more than helpful and courteous. She helped me find exactly what i wanted . i believe it, especially since gold/silver has gone up in price so much!! you probably are looking at more lower quality of diamond/stones---then they used to carry! more

Not the Livonia Store! 11/30/2008

My husband and I went there and walked into a small store. It was not at all like the one on tv. Nothing we saw was like on tv. I was in LA and happened to see the same tv ad, and went to their store. It was the one they were advertising on tv. So if you want to see the better stuff, go to LA. more

Rip off 11/16/2005

i have never been to this place until i seen them on tv, i wanted a new wedding set and they had a so called great deal on a diamond ring. The place looked huge on tv. When you walk into the store its a small but neat and clean store the tv did not tell the truth on that one. The diamond ring that they showed and still show on tv was a really to go to be true deal right, so when I get there and ask about the diamond deal they have on tv they show me the ring and the diamond was yellow and of course they dont show the yellow on tv. The lighting is not that great. I would never tell anyone to go there at all. more

nicely priced 7/28/2005

This is a popular jewelry store. They do alot of advertising on tv. They say they are direct diamond importers-so they can do much better on their prices than regular chain jewelry stores. I went there to check out a gold chain and they did seem to be a decent price-of course no giveaways. They get very busy in the afternoon and you may have to wait for your turn. more
