I had been searching for an engagement for awhile and had been to a few different Jewelry stores. This one was by far the best. Dennis and owner Dave spent a good amount of time showing and explaining to me the different types of cuts and ratings of diamonds. I was so impressed because at the other 3 jewelers I had visited prior not once did any of them spent the time to help explain to me the differences. I chose this jeweler because of the deal buy 5 get 1 free. For my daughter's birthday I sent my relatives there and they purchased several charms and gave me the receipts. When I tried to get my 6th charm free I was told that they would not accept their own receipts because we needed a card. Not once did they tell me or any of my relatives about the card despite being told by several that they were for my daughter. They definitely pulled a fast one. By the way all the charms were purchased over a 3 day period and I called the store on the 5th day - Monday - they are closed on Sunday's. I could have returned all the charms and got a strore credit - they do not give refunds -and repurchased them, but I did not want to upset my 10 year old daughter.
