Ordered a $4500 living room set in Nov 2010. Sofa was damaged with tears in the seat cushion when Jesup delivered it at the end of Dec. They photographed the damage that day and said they could get a replacement seat cushion to resolve the issue. After about 20 phone calls to them they sent 4 separate seat cushions to me (over about 10 weeks) all of which did not match and will not even attach to the sofa. The manager promised a replacement sofa, but of course, has provided nothing. It is now April 2011 (4 months later) and they are no longer even returning my calls about this problem. Horrible service & a total rip-off, I am now having to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get my money back.
