Ric Hart was helpful in telling us what was available in what we were looking for. We drove three Souls on our first visit which helped us mke our decision. I also talkead to another Kia dealership in Everett area, which helped us to come back to Jerry Smiths more

worst service dept ever 10/23/2013

i recently found out that my tires where dangerously low on tread and that i needed new tires from 2 different tire stores but according to the service shop from my sheet inspection from a month earlier said my tires still had plenty of tread I pointed this out to them and was just given a blanket apology with a promise they would talk to them but that very same day they once again did an inspection and once again the tire tread was completely wrong I am not sure I will ever go to this shop again or buy another Kia from them more

Service took longer than expected (over 2x) and I was not kept apprised of the delay or reason for it until I went to the service desk and asked. Otherwise all seemed well. more

The crew greeted me in a freindly manner and got my car in right away. They listened to my concerns and delved into the possible problems and solved the issue with my inappropriate dash lights coming on. As always, the seemed genuinely concerned that I leave as a happy customer. more
