Excellent Care! The staff were nice and my appointments were always on time (no wait) Dr. J was gently and made sure I was satisfied (I AM!) My hygienist Kathy was equally awesome. Highly recommend. I will be making this my family dentist. more

I would recommend Dr. Jergensen to friends and family because I believe he is skilled and knowledgeable and very good at his job. I believe he is honest and I also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of his staff. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Jergensen for 27 years. He has been our family dentist and I now bring all three of my children to him. He is kind, gentle, and very trustworthy. I am so grateful that he has been around Fairfield so I never had to look for another quality dental office. His staff is amazing as well! =) more

My visit went smoothly. Kathy, the dental hygienist was very thorough, meticulous and patient. Also the receptionist was very friendly and very professional. I live all the way in El Sobrante and can easily find another dentist close to my area; however I prefer going to Dr. J's office as he and his staff are truly one of a kind. Thanks! more

Needing a dentist, for this case, we called 1-800-Dentist and was lucky enough to get the name of Richard F. Jergensen. I have had numerous dentists throughout my life. Dr. Jergensen is by far, the best dentist I have experienced. Both my spouse and I still are patients (10 years.) His skills are super and his ability to make all visits are amazing. We love to have him and his staff (even at night) as part of our health care family. One visit is all it takes. You'll never be sorry! more

I have been coming to Dr. Jergensen for some years now. God I think he's a great doctor. I hope I never have to change dentists. I think he's the best one I have had. I always wish him the best and pray for him daily. more

Dr. Jergensen is a true professional. He always takes care of my teeth in a timely organized manner. I feel that if my mouth was a car, he would be the best mechanic to bring it to. Very pleased 7/29/2012

I am very pleased with the care to my teeth from the staff and Dr. Jergensen. Even when I wasn't covered by dental insurance, I continued as a customer while patiently waiting to get hired on a full time at my current job to once again be part of the family at Dr. Jergensen's Denstistry. Thanks. :) more

I think he and his staff are just wonderful. I have been a patient for years. I usually do not trust Dentists, Dr. Jergenson I do. We just changed insurance companies and I ask them if I could still use him they said yes. And I was so pleased he does great work. more

My family has been coming with Dr. Richard F. Jergensen for over 20 years. He is a great dr. and he has an awesome personality. He has provided lots of help for less fortunate people in other parts of the world, such as Guatemala! I have tried other dentists, but I always come back. I recommend him to everyone who wants to be treated the best possible! more

Dr. Jergensen is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have seen a lot of them. I know I am always getting the best care I can get every time I go. His staff are great. They always greet you like they are your best friend and really make your visit a pleasant one. more

I have been a client/patient of Dr. R. Jergensen for now a decade and I am still smiling. His knowledge with dentistry is unquestionable, as is ability to interact with his patient verbally; put them at ease, understand treatment plan, follow-up, etc. I am a 15 year old female with many a dentist in my past, and to date, he is by far #1 in my estimation, as well as his staff. more
