Eddie Jensen and his staff are always extremely helpful and do a great job. Had to call first thing in the morning with a dead battery. Extremely accommodating. more

I brought my car in for routine service. All services were performed efficiently and in a very timely manner. Everyone was friendly and professional. Jensen Tire is successful because their business is geared toward customer service. It works!! more

The Only Place I Will Go to for Service 12/6/2013

The title says it. I met Eddie when he worked in Newtown and followed him when he went to Monroe and now Trumbull. Trumbull because it is closer, but it is the service and integrity that count. You know Eddie always has your safety as his first concern and his recommendations always ring true. Best place for any repair work period. more

Professionalism and friendly atmosphere 11/26/2013

I had them put new tires on my truck. It was done correctly and professionally and in the time they said it would be. I have gone to other competitors and they never get any of my vehicles right the first time, I always had to bring it back. I was so happy and pleased with my service I brought my second vehicle back within two weeks. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs! more

Delivered Exception Service 11/10/2013

First time there and I was amazed at the service from the first call to set up the appointment to picking up. They called and reviewed all services with good explanation of what needed done. They called to see when I was picking up and to make sure the car was ready. The person I dealt with was friendly, professional, answered my questions with patients. FANTASTIC and I don't say that to often about a car place. more

Accommodating, professional, friendly. 11/9/2013

I had a leak under my vehicle and happened to see Eddie, the owner, around town and mentioned it. He said get it to him right away. Well, a week and a half went by (bad me) and I just didn't get the chance to drop it off. Then Eddie called me!! Reminding me he hadn't seen the car yet, and told me he'll come get it, fix it and return it. WOW! I didn't know he offered this service! Needless to say the leak is fixed and the only effort on my part was paying them. Awesome! How many places offer this service? None that I know of! Not to mention all the guys are professional. I've also bought several sets of tires from Jensen and each time thinking I know what I want, Eddie had made a suggestion that I went with, have never regretted AND saving me money! Nothing negative about this company. more
