Background Jennifer Brannon was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated summa cum laude from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice before relocating to Norman, Oklahoma to attend school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Jennifer began her legal career as a volunteer at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office in 2010 where she observed and assisted prosecutors. In 2011, she became a Licensed Legal Intern and immediately practiced in the courtroom which allowed her to gain invaluable litigation experience. As an intern, Jennifer handled arraignments, bail hearings, preliminary hearings, emergency custody hearings, bench trials, and jury trials.
