Jem Sanitation

I am writing this review on behalf of my company. I work for a check cashing store in Fairview, NJ. We cashed a check for one of their employees. Check bounced!!! After WEEKS they finally sent payment to us. Check was made payable to US!!! THAT CHECK BOUNCED AS WELL!!! When I spoke to the so called "" manager"", Greg ( very rude) he basically brushed me off & told me why would I cash their check again if it bounced the first time. Advice for this company that's committing FRAUD: LEARN how to MANAGE a company, BALANCE your account, DONT ISSUE CHKS WHEN YOU HAVE NO $$ & Don't expect us to pay your employees! \r If this company has no money (chk came back INSUFFICIENT FUNDS), CAN'T RUN THEIR BUSINESS, then IDK how anyone can trust them to pick up garbage when the company is garbage itself. more

Jem Sanitation has been servicing six of my NYC restaurants for the past 15 years. They have great customer service and get the job done for a great price. I recommend this company to any new business looking for garbage pick up. more

They trucks are very loud they wake up entire block every night after 11pm and I call the company to help me out if they can pick the garbage before 11pm?..and the Office Manager answer was move to Alaska very nasty company!!!! more

I started using Jem to service my store on 59th and Sixth Avenue six years ago and have never had a complaint. These guys have been reliable in service and fair in price. The garbage pick up in NYC is no easy task and I give them a lot of credit for getting the job done. A call here and there to the offices lead me to prompt delivery of an extra container when I was under construction, and the same day I made the call for pick up, it was done. Use Jem! more

This company is EVIL. Their trucks come down my street between 2 and 3 am EVERY NIGHT, with their loud, screeching brakes, with NO REGARD for anyone who happens to be sleeping (ie. most people). The owners of this company should be forced to endure the same noise they inflict on us good people who work during the day. WHAT GALL YOU HAVE. LAW BREAKERS!!!
