Make sure you get a 2nd opinion before letting this place work on your truck. Took in son's truck a few weeks ago cuz son said there was no power when he hit the gas. It's a 2000 ...

Trustworthy and reasonably priced. 8/2/2011

I've got a care with around 120,000 miles on it. It hasn't had a whole lot done to it, and it runs perfect, but it was time to get a number of general maintenance things done at that mile range. I hadn't dealt with Jeffrey's Automotive Supercenter before, so I had them check things out and give me prices on some of the things to feel them out a bit. They only recommended what I knew needed to be done, and the pricing was reasonable. The price wasn't great, but it wasn't poor, and it certainly was better than any dealership, so it was very reasonable. They didn't try to talk me into a lot of goofy or unnecessary things. As a matter of fact, I wanted transmission service, but they said I didn't need it. Same thing with the breaks. That's great! That's how I develop a relationship and learn to trust a place, and I was very impressed with this place. They did awesome! more

One of the best auto companies out there! 7/15/2011

I love Jeffrey's Automotive Supercenter! They really make you feel like you're part of the family. It's the only place I'll go, I only trust them with my car, and it's been that way for seven years. I don't have to worry when I go there. I know they won't overcharge me or do work that doesn't need to be done. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet! I highly recommend them to anybody! I'm hooked! 7/14/2011

I had passed by Jeffrey's Automotive Supercenter a number of times before, but since it's across town from me, I took my car somewhere else, bu my car kept experiencing issues after taking it to the other shop. Jeffrey's kept flashing through my mind so I decided to take it to them. I'm glad I did! They were able to fix two major things for a lower price than the other shop had quoted to fix only one thing! After I got my car back, it was running even better! I am so happy I went to Jeffrey's. I had such a good experience there, I'm hooked! They are thorough and knowledgeable. Also, they are so nice, everybody there is very friendly. And another thing about Jeffrey's, is that they are honest, which is hard to come by with mechanics. I have recommended them to many people, including my son! It's worth the drive across town for the great service we receive! more

Great value for the quality of work received. 5/10/2011

I moved here in 2001, and Jeffrey's Automotive is the only place I go. I know the people there, and I know that they will find out the problem with the car. I have had a lot of major work done there as well as maintenance. I have 5 kids, so Jeffrey's Automotive works on all their cars and on mine. They have done everything for me, and they know me by name. The work really is quality, and that is why I go back. They will do it right the first time. They tell you like it is, and it is a very good value for the quality of work you receive. They don't give their work away, because then they couldn't be in business, but for the quality of work you receive, it is great value. I have my elderly parents go there because I know they will be treated right; that says a lot. more

They fix it every time. 4/8/2011

I've got a Mazda pickup that's been in to Jeffrey's about three or four times for repairs. They fix it every time, and it's still running. They've even brought me back home when I drop the truck off, even though I only live a mile away. I don't have any problem with Jeffrey's. more

I would recommend to anyone 3/5/2011

When you move to a new area, especially from out of state, finding a reliable and honest mechanic is always a concern. Jeffrey's Automotive came highly recommended by several people, including the tire store I took my car to when I needed new tires. The tire store was unable to remove one of my tires because a lug nut was frozen and they could not get it off without breaking the stem. Since it would be unsafe for me to drive it somewhere for a repair if the stem was broken, they recommended I take it to Jeffrey's first and let them try to remove it. It turned out the mechanic at Jeffrey's was able to use something that loosened the nut. They didn't charge me for the service, which I thought was wonderful. I have taken the car to them for my inspections and other repairs. They are always honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. I have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle or a state inspection. more

treats everyone with respect 3/4/2011

My son was in Jeffrey's Automotive to have his alignment checked. He was told by his service manager, Kevin, that he needed several repairs. Instead of trying to sell him everything and take advantage of him, Kevin took him back to the mechanic and both of them showed my son under the car what the problems looked like. He was nice enough to prioritize the repairs as critical to the alignment and others as optional. My son said he felt like he was part of the repair process and now knows what other repairs are still needed. Bottom line - the car got fixed and aligned as promised. Nice to know these guys treat all customers, even teenagers, with respect. more

Honest and open. 3/3/2011

I've had bad experiences before with auto repair shops before, but Jeffrey's Automotive Repair has been honest and above board with me every time I've been there, so that's a plus for me. I heard about them from one of the assistant coaches on my grandson's tee-ball team; he happens to work for them. He was so honest and open, and I've never been dealt with that way before, so I thought I would give them a shot. more

Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else 2/16/2011

We recently learned about Jeffrey's Automotive and could not be happier with them. As you all know...looking for a auto repair shop/person is absolutely grueling, especially when you don't know much about cars but you know you're getting ripped off on repairs. The people at Jeffrey's are kind, honest and trustworthy. Their waiting area is family friendly with clean music and no trashy magazines. We love Jeffrey's...and as one of our cars has more than 200K miles on it, I think we will be going back a lot in the near future! more

I've been a customer of Jeffrey's Automotive Repair for about three years and have never had any problems with them. They are fast and efficient and they service all types of cars, so I can bring my wife's car in too. They are trustworthy and I like their values. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest Repair shop. more

Friendly Service 1/19/2011

Jeffrey's Automotive came recommended from a tire shop where we had spent a great deal of money on my wife's Mercedes and my BMW. When I got to Jeffrey's, the owner himself helped us at the counter and we noticed how, one-by-one, they shook each customer's hand and thanked them for their business. They look you in the eye and shake your hand, which is unusual these days, but it is important to me. Other than the friendly service and handshakes, I was impressed to find the Book of John and the word of God in their lobby. They are a very Christian-based service, and it was refreshing to see those kinds of reading options available in their lobby. And, they did excellent work. more

When my car came back in for a leak and it overheating, Kevin was able to get it looked at quickly and had me back in my car by the end of the day. That helped me out because I am a student and need my car. I will come back for any future repairs. more

Jeffrey's Automotive Repair took good care of us. They got us in right away, they quickly fixed any problems we had, and they were really nice. We had them fix the motor mounts, the alternator, and they performed a few other repairs. Everything is now running smoothly. more

Felt I was deceived since I was female 11/5/2010

Went in to have the bushings on my car replaced due to vibration while driving and was told at the time that my car did not have bushings. I was told the struts were bad and that was my problem. The front struts were replaced but that did not fix the problem. In October I found out from another repair shop that the problem was with my motor mount bushings. Total cost to repair my car was over $1800, half of which was paid to you for a job that probably was not required. I do not recommend your company for any major repairs and will keep going to the repair shop that took the time to find out exactly what was wrong with my car before fixing anything. RESPONSE FROM Jeffrey's Automotive Repair: This customer was in our shop January 2010. We wish we had been given an opportunity to resolve this issue. Our warranty is 2 years, or 24,000 miles. We strive to resolve any issue and work with the customer any way that we can.We value our relationship with all of our customers. more

Top in knowledge, timeliness, honesty, and reliability. 10/4/2010

I have been been with Jeffrey's Automotive for 25 years. They can't be topped for knowledge and for having the car ready when they say it will be ready. After I drive away the next morning the car still works because whatever they say is wrong is fixed for the price they quote. Jeffrey's Automotive is honest. I have recommended many people to go there, and they come back to thank me profusely. They had been taking their cars to so many places but they couldn't repair it, or didn't repair it but just took the money. Jeffrey's people are honest and wonderful people. more

Trustworthy shop with good customer service. 9/3/2010

I had a problem with my car and called Jeffrey's Automotive in the morning. They were able to get me in that day. My mom was with me, so she was able to give me a ride home, but they had offered to drive me. It meant a lot to me that they offered, especially because I have two small kids, and it is hard to wait in a shop with kids. They fixed my car and got it done that same day. It was really easy. I don't really know anything about cars and worry that shops might take advantage of me, but I feel I can trust them. They told me what needed to be done, and what could wait. There were some belts that they had to change, but some other belts won't have to be changed for a couple more years. The whole experience was easy, in and out in one day. I have been going to Jeffrey's Automotive for 15 to 20 years, and they have good customer service. They are friendly and trustworthy. If they tell you something needs to be fixed, it really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to cheat their customers. more

Trustworthy and fair automotive shop. 8/26/2010

I have used Jeffery's Automotive for several years now. They take care of all my vehicles and do a great job. They are fair. I trust their opinion and judgments. They tell you how it is and give good options. That is why I keep going back to them. I have recommended several people to them. Anytime someone asks me where to take their car I recommend Jeffrey's. more

Friendly, did exactly 8/23/2010

My boss had taken his vehicle to Jeffrey's Automotive and suggested I go there. They've done a variety of things like brakes, front-end alignment, and miscellaneous work. They tell you upfront what needs to be done, and they don't do it unless you give them authorization to do so. Their service personnel is very friendly, and they talk to women like they are humans instead of dumb girls. It is appreciated not to be talked down to. more
