Jefferson Townhomes

Some things listings do not tell you: you get to have your own front and back gardening areas, there are many squirrels (which our dogs love), there are also many deer (which we love, but our dogs don't), and the gate stays open during the day and when there is bad weather (for safety reasons). When we were looking for a place to live, we searched for a place that was REALLY pet friendly and did not try to make us put our pets on diets (they're 30+), alter them(a major no!), or get rid of them altogether (definite no). For the price, location, and benefits, this spacious place tops them all. This place sounded too good to be true, but I'm glad we looked at it. Best apartment we've ever had! Definitely something you should look into. more

When my mom and dad got divorced my mom was looking for a place to raise us. Well she found Jefferson Townhomes and we lived there for about 10 years. I loved it and now with my family this is a perfect place so we're going back! I lived at Jefferson Townhomes for more than two years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance personnel were always very attentive and friendly. Jefferson Townhomes is right next to Sylvan Springs Park and Jefferson Barracks Park so there are always outdoor activities to do near home.
