Management is not at all good 4/14/2011

I have been staying here since 4 months and felt very uncomfortable with management & office staff at leasing office. They do only what they want, never listen to our concerns. Moving in list : I've given couple issues in the moving in list and I'd to followup with them for 2 months to work. 3rd month I went for paying rent and before paying rent I asked them do you want me to pay rent or move out. Then started working on the sealing paint which has been hanging for 2.5 months in the hall infront of the front door. Apartment office staff put notices inside the door and makes noice very often, which is very bad in procedure (in aprtments where I stayed before they used to have a box outside (or) clip on the wall to hang notices for residents at each aprtment, otherwise they used to send them through USPS mails) not like this. Every time I call to leasing office it's very hard to get somebody online and the response I get when I've been to office they say lot of people like you call us, so we were busy in leasing apartments or some other task. (Whom they are paying attention here? for residents or for future residents who are going to be treated same way in their near future?) It may be my experiance with them, you may be treated well. UNCOUTH MAnAGEMNT_RUDE STAFF-- PATHETIC EXTERIENCE 6/17/2009

WE HAD A MAINTENANCE ISSUE.I HAD LOGGED A COMPLAINT 4 DAYS BACK, STILL THE MANAGEMENT WAS PROBABLY WAITING FOR AN AUSPICIOUS TIME TO DO REPAIRS..ON FOLLOW UP, THE LADY OVER THERE GOT AGITATED, STARTED SHOUTING , ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ..SAYING THEY HAVE THEIR PRIORITIES AND YET TO SEE A ILL MANNERED AND RUDE STAFF.. BEST PART, THEY PROBABLY DONT WANT TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER ISSUES.. PROBABLY THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO BE RUDE, ABUSIVE AND UNCOUTH FREINDLY ADVICE TO POTENTIAL TENET: PLS RENT THIS APARTMENT IF U WANT TO HAVE A UNPARALLELED EXPERIENCE.. lost expensive packet..management denied responsibility- 6/16/2009

My packet worth 300$ was delivered by USPS at the apt office, the USPS guy left the acknowledgement in my mail box and made enteries in the log book. When I went to collect the packet, the packet was not there. The management denied any responsibility of the lost packet, although their records shows that the packet is received. Furthermore, on asking about the packet, the staff started screaming and shouting. Extremenely rude , extremely uncouth and unprofessional.. the staff is totally unapologetic, disinterested, no guilt at all, towards the plight of tenet ..PLS SELECT THIS IF U WANT UR POSTAL PACKET TO BE LOST/MISPLACED..WITH AN ICING OF RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, SCREAMING STAFF... ADDED TO THIS i HVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR LAST ONE AND HALF YEAR....AMAZING RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER..
