I'am so happy that I found Amber through city search. She is an excellent hair stylist. She knew exactly what type of hair I had and what it needed. My hair is sooooooooooo beautiful soft and has a lot of body. She is my new hair stylist. Amber is soooo nice and down to earth, and she loves Jamaican food so that is a plus for me LOL. The best hair stylist on Ventura Blvd. Your friends, family and co-workers will be reminding you on a regular basis you how GREAT your hair looks... My friends do !!! I have three issues with my hair, it's dry it's dull and it's dry. Amber has given my hair life and incredible shine. I actually toss my hair now and it moves. She is the BEST hairstlyes on the PLANT and I've tried a lot. more

Wonderful with kids! 7/28/2008

I was searching for someone to braid my 4-year-old daughter's hair for ease of care during the summer when she would be in the swimming pool often. One stylist I consulted actually suggested we put extensions in her hair! I then found Jazy Hair through Citysearch and was put in contact with Amber. She was amazing! My daughter's hair came out adorably, and Amber was patient and just absolutely wonderful with her. My daughter can't wait until she sees Amber again. In fact, I plan to have her do my own hair...which I haven't had professionally styled (or cut) in years because of the many bad experiences I have had in the past due to my fine, naturally curly hair. I have every confidence in Amber and whole-heartedly recommend her and the entire Jazy Hair team. more

Amber at Jazzyhair salon is the best!!!! She recognized my hair type, which is curly/fine, and understood that it took a minimum amount of heat and styling product to achieve a fabulous hair -do. Other salons and stylists I have been to in the past, have used tooooo much heat which caused damage and had no body. Everytime I am in the public eye, I always recieve rave reviews about my hair. The experience at Jazy Hair is top notch. I have been going to Jasmine for a little over 1 year and have been thrilled with the results each time. She has remarkable talent when it comes to layering curly hair . She is also amazing with color and highlights. I have received many compliments on my hair and recommend Jasmine on a regular basis. Jasmine is a pleasure to talk to. She offers great suggestions on styling products and will provide you with great tips on how to achieve the results you seek. My first appointment with Amber was relaxing and just what I expected...the best! No waiting, no stress, no overbooking. My hair is extremely thick and curly and has gotten so long that I can't take care of it by myself anymore. Amber was so nice and helpful. She was giving me tips and recommendations the whole time. When my hair was finished, it was unbelievably soft, super shiny and straight! I had to commute from Orange County and will def do it again. Thanks Amber! more
