POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/28/2010

Quick to sell you appliances, but poor customer service afterwards. Promise a delivery date then date changes from what was stated So much for buying local. My suggestion is spend a little more buy elsewhere. more

Terrible service 9/30/2010

Had Jarvis install appliances six weeks ago. As part of the installation, some cabinet work was needed. A stainless steel filler was to be order to complete the installation. The installer estimated that it would be ready in a few days. I called the installer a dozen times over a six week period, and never recieved a call back. None. I finally called Jarvis and they anticipate that the stainless will arrive in a week. What a joke...And this is the company I selected because I thought they were responsive. more

Stay Away from Jarvis 1/2/2010

Under no circumstances should this be the company that you call for service. They cannot come within time frames, they continue to put you off and are not easy to deal with on the phone. I was specifically told that since I did not buy my stove from them, that they did not have any incentive to come to my home. more

LG Dryer Repair Service 10/15/2009

Jarvis - Beware 10/25/2008

I spent over $16K on new appliances with this outfit. They couldn't fix an ongoing problem in three attempts and then waited until the warranty expired to tell me it was my problem. Stay away from these weasels. more

Jenn Air at Jarvis 10/11/2005

When my stove died last year, I knew I wanted another Jenn Air and Jarvis offered the best selection and prices. I checked all over and on the Internet too, but went to Jarvis. With Jarvis I was able to have my new stove installed within just one week. They repair appliances also, but mine was far too far gone. more
