As a woman, sometimes mechanics try to take advantage of us assuming we don't know enough about cars. At Japs, they absolutely do NOT do this. They make us feel comfortable, answer questions in a way that makes it easy to understand for the average person. They are honest, dependable, and I will continue to reccommend them to all my friends! more

Japanese Automotive Pro Svc is HONEST 8/20/2009

This is by far the best place to take your car. They only fix what needs to be fixed and they always do it right the first time. They don't recommend things that do not need to be done. The only thing I do not like is that they are not open on the weekends. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can call them up on the phone and ask questions and they will tell you without having to bring your car in. Very trustworthy! more
