This spa has the best staff/services in town. I suggest that you sign up for the skin fitness program. The "girls day out" package at 100.00 a month is the most affordable spa facial I could find. And the staff makes it so easy to make an appointment that I have no problem getting in once a month to take care of my skin. I love this spa!! To compliment the extraordinary setting are her very friendly and knowledgeable staff (of course I have my favorite). Jamie Lee Metz has a wide variety of skilled esthetician’s and physician’s to choose from depending on your needs and preferences. No matter what you are sure to find someone that is a perfect fit. Services are done in a private room which are immaculate and offer state of the art and top of the line equipment. The experience and quality of service you will get here is that of a high end ritzy day spa. The only difference is that you don’t have to pay the high end ritzy prices. Take advantage of an even better bargain by joining one of their "Skin Fitness" programs and I assure you that will not find a more sensational deal anywhere. My husband signed me up for my birthday 2 years ago and I have been a very happy and dedicated member ever since. I visited Jamie Lee Metz Advanced Esthetics recently and was so impressed with my whole experience. First the place is beautifully furnished and reminded me of a Victorian parlor. And although it was 110 degrees outside the spa was comfortably cool and relaxing. Customer service was top notch. I had the Girls' Day Out facial given by Victoria who was a real delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable about skin and was very gentle with her extractions. Her facial massage was out of this world. With this particular facial I also got to choose 3 additional treatments that I wanted -- all included. I needed some assistance finding my next destination and the receptionist offered to go on Mapquest to get me the directions. I was impressed. Would I go back to Jamie Lee Metz? I've been a regular client of Kim & I still fell the same way as I did when I originally wrote this review 2 years ago, I am a Skin Fitness member and can hardly wait to visit this spa for my monthly treatment (a little piece of Heaven)mit just keep getting better & better...... Today I had the luxury of having the best most relaxing facial ever, Kim's touch was truly what I needed to relax me today, I have had many facials in the past and today I received what I consider to be "Heaven on Earth", the aromas, the touch, the glow that I left with, was far beyond my expectation. I fell into such a state of relaxation that I did not want to leave at the end of this 2 hour treatment. She was like the "Mike Tyson" of aesthetics!!!!!!! I had my first brazilian at Jamie Lee Metz in December, based on the reviews on this site. I have to agree that Amber is the best. I was very nervous but Amber made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was no where near as painful as I had anticipated. It is well worth the drive from anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley (I drove from Henderson). Pros: Excellent Service & Atmosphere Cons: Long drive from my side of town, but well worth it. more

The staff here are out of this world! This was my best facial ever. I nearly fell asleep during the massage! I had the Girls Day Out facial with Christi and it went by so quickly even though it was a 2 hour treatment!!! My skin was glowing for days afterwards. I scheduled a 2nd appt. for a Photo Facial because I had brown spots on my face and I'm very happy with the results even after 1 treatment! My skin has never looked so good. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about the products and which treatments would most benefit me. I would highly recommend Jamie Lee Metz over the large spas in Las Vegas because of the more personal service here and the staff are very friendly. If anyone is looking for an extrodionary experiance, Jamie Lee Metz fits the expectations. I have never been one to enjoy my face getting picked at by the usual hohum facialist, but I was comepletely proved wrong. My mother in-law gave me a gift certificate to Jamie Lee Metz, I was actually hesitant to go, because in the past I have never been happy with my skin afterwards, it either broke out, had prolonged redness or the facialist ripped my nose off during extractions. Well, boy, was I PROVED WRONG. Amber gave me an experiance I will NEVER forget!! She took me to another planet with the massage, and different smells of the amazing products, and the reflexology, uh I could write a book about how amazing it all felt.Go get a facial, and ask for Amber! Found this place on Citysearch and I was extremely pleased with the results! The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was gracious. Note that this is not a casino type spa with whirlpools and sauna; prices are more realistic than those casino spas, however. But if you want a real facial that is a true skin treatment (and not a 70 minute sales pitch) then this is the place. My aesthetician was knowledgable and pleasant. After trying a number of places for a decent facial over the past ten years in Las Vegas, I finally found Jamie Lee Metz. Morgan gave me an "old school" facial. Not to say she isn't hip, but she did a lot more than simply put on and take off different masks. She analyzed my skin, recommended specific masks and went to work. Work included extractions and a fabulous neck and shoulder massage. Not a lot of chatting, just a lot of focus on me and my skin. I have had many facials during my many travels in the U.S. and this facial ranks high on my list. The entire experience was delightful and relaxing. I highly recommend Morgan at Jamie Lee Metz. more
