The transaction was very smooth. I came in to the dealership after I talked prices with their business engagement manager over the phone. She (Andrea) was able to get me the price I was looking for. Once I stepped into the dealership, it was basically a question of agreeing on the specific color. I was very resistant to the bluetooth option, but accepted it in the end (love that feature now! :) ). I wish the dealership would hurry up and fix the road in their extended lot. The sales person, Howard Mac was excellent - he made sure all of our questions were answered. The finance guy, Paul Solomon, was also very good - I did not want to get the extended warranty, but there was a money-back guarantee (if I did not utilize the extended warranty) which he highlighted to me - so I ended up getting that as well. The folks there are rather friendly - they have a kids area and also free soda and popcorn.
