Terrible. I called every day for a week and left 4 messages with several different people and NO ONE that answered was helpful and NO ONE called back. Same thing happened to a friend who previously went to Piedmont. Also went in for a RX refill because I was having problems with my medicine just to have them give me the run around for several days while I suffered. I do not recommend them. more

Bad experience 10/31/2011

I was having health problems and called for an appointment. Got seen by a Physician's Assistant and got charged $141.00. This has taught me not to use Piedmont Physicians - they are a racket. More concerned with the money than treating the patients. If you go make sure of the cost - please do not be surprised like I was. more

I have been seen at this office i dont know how many times but.... Rich saved me from a certain death when my heart stopped in their parking lot. he found me in my car and got me inside the office when they werent even open yet... the man jogs to work... he didnt even know i was one of their regular patients. I only stopped there for help. The office never billed my insurance co. I think this means they do care a great deal for people and you get what you give. thank you rich. and malinda too when i broke my hand and you returned my call in the middle of the night.,, Good people, more

The Worst Doctor in Metro Atlanta 8/22/2011

Dr. Harvey and his staff are the absolute worst! I've been a patient for several years, and on several occasions I had to speak with Dr. Harvey about his rude staff. Things became much worse when I was misdiagnosed which resulted in a long stay in the hospital, with two days spent in intensive care. Dr. Harvey was contacted about this misdiagnosis and was very rude and down right nasty in his response. Please save yourself the heartache and the headache and find a doctor who cares. This man should not be in business. more

Best Family Doctor 7/7/2008

Dr Harvey is Great and Will take time to listen to Your Problems. Rick is a great Addition also. Nurses are the best! Only drawback here is Phone System. Have to push so many buttons to get to a person, Then the same girl that recorded the message comes on and is the Rudest Thing Around! She is not understanding to anyones problems and sounds like your talking to a recording even when she's on live. If you can get past her, It's worth the trip!!! \r \r Pros: Great care and understanding Cons: Phone System more
