Outstanding phone representative. The level of service that NAME gave me was outstanding. SHE listened once to my problem and started working immediately in soving it. SHE acted as my liason with Whirlpool and was a problem solver of the highest degree. SHE is a very pleasent and personable person and a jewel of an employee. more
