I found this shop by browsing review sites. Was intrigued by a note about a great female mechanic there (Rebekah). I feel so lucky to have found them. I was quoted $4,000.00 to repair my car by the Honda dealer. I was looking to fix my car up so it would limp enough to sell when I went to Jaek's. Rebekah spent time with me to analyze the pros and cons of fixing my car vs buying new. Then I towed my car to her shop - she and Gerry inspected it and found that my car only needed a simple repair that cost me under $500.00. They could have milked me for alot more. I've gone back for every oil and wiper blade change since. I've had body work done there. They have always exceeded my expectations. The work is always done on time or early. I've never had to wait to get my car in. My roommate goes to this shop as well. We've had a great experience every time. I can't say enough good things about them. It's worth it to drive or tow your car even if you aren't near by. You can really trust them. Pros: Friendly, professional, skilled, clean, respectful, reasonably priced Cons: None what-so-ever. more
