Arrogant and unfriendly 4/10/2006

Unwilling to answer even the most basic questions. Talks down to you and basically calls you an idiot. Look I know tax season is a busy time but there was not even an attempt to explain the methodology or reasoning behind his treatment of issues. Was more concerned that I signed the paperwork and get me out. Essentially stating he was right and any questions were a result of my simple mind. I would not recommend this service to even my enemies. Cons: Unfriendly, Condescending, Quick to dismiss more
