We thought it would be great to have a new option for a full kosher market in such a great location. We were very disappointed, even after trying to return for 4 visits.\r

The price of the salads are pretty outrageous; $8.99 a pound for green beans with slivered almonds, and $7.99 a pound for slaw. The "fresh" Babka ($7.99 for 24 ounces) that came from the bakery had no expiration date and tasted like it had been made last year. It was really stale. \r

The bone in rib steaks were cut way too thin, and there was no marbling at all in the meat. They were tough. \r

Their cashier was a man who apparently did not like his job, as he was beyond rude, lacked courtesy, and does not belong in the front of a market. The customers in front of us also shared that sentiment, as did a customer looking for Juan the manager to attempt to get a bread priced correctly, after this cashier failed to look at a sign.\r

The rotisserie chickens were the salvation of Jacob's both in price and taste. They were fresh, and cost only $7.99. \r

Most disappointing was the fact that there was no chicken soup on the shelf on Friday for the sabbath. All in all, there is a lack of attention to important details, and although it is a great location, we will not rush back.
