They've been making me and my car happy for years. 4/28/2010

I have been taking my car to Jacob's Autorama for at least 15 years, and have consistently received excellent service. It is a family business that provides individualized attention and many personal touches. They will always go the extra mile to provide service promptly and it can't be beat for convenience; the Metro is only half a block away. It is rarely necessary to make an appointment. I am entirely satisfied with the service I receive. more

Responsive and reliable mechanic. 4/27/2010

I have all my company vehicles sent to Jacob's Autorama, and I also take my personal vehicles there as well. That means I have about 8 vehicles that Jacob works on. Now, I have coworkers and employees that also bring him their personal vehicles because I recommended him. I started going to Jacob's Autorama because he was close by, so it was convenient. However, I have continued with him as our mechanic for 7 or 8 years because of the service. I haven't had any problems working with him. When something isn't right, Jacob fixes it. He is responsive and reliable. He is also very conscientious. He is always out to protect my interest, and gives me good advice. I recommend Jacob's Autorama highly.
