The bankruptcy of the European division of Oilily has offered a rebirth in Qelavi, a cheerful apparel and accessories boutique that picks up where its predecessor left off. Pattern-hungry moms and their 12-and-under daughters can peruse super feminine, outrageously colorful, breathtakingly expensive items from Dutch brands like Imps & Elfs, Shimmering Waltz and Hans Ubbink--which are displayed in large wooden cabinets and across bars that hang from the ceiling. Accessorize with the selection of hand-knitted hats or the small but tempting fragrance collection. Half of the store is dedicated to items for the baby-to-toddler set that mix and match with the ladies’ collection.
