They absolutely fried my wife's hair beyond belief and it didnt even look anything like what she wanted. they charged 100$ and couldnt even put it back to the color it was. She had hair down to the middle of her back and it looked like a models hair. now it looks like a scarecrow! The staff were absolutely stuck up about it and made it my wifes fault somehow.... I am appalled. Horrible stylists, horrible management and zero professionalism.
