I never go anywhere else. This is the best auto shop hands down!! Honest and will not fix it unless its needed. Also, fixes things right to start with. more

PM oil change 9/27/2016

Called requesting appointment to get my oil changed and they were able to schedule me right after lunch. Service was completed within 30 minutes and I'm happily on the road again. more

They fix it right the first time 8/17/2016

This is my second car in two days to need fixing. However the original repair was done at a tire place and only lasted 9 months. These guys replaced the bad rotors and installed new brakes. Great job as always. Only shop I take my vehicles to. more

Don't go anywhere else!! 8/15/2016

This is hands down the best shop in the area. John popped the hood and walked me through each thing he had fixed on my truck and why. He even insisted that we take it for a test to make sure it drove to my satisfaction! He's a magician! He always makes sure it is done right//! Thanks! I tell everybody to come here. more

Reliable & trustworthy 8/2/2016

We have recently moved to Murfreesboro but elected to continue having our vehicles serviced by J & W because of their great track record with our autos for many years. Example: J & W accommodated our request to have both of our vehicles serviced the same day but at different times to allow us to make the errands we needed to make in the local area. J & W services are worth the extra miles we have to travel from our new home. more

The ONLY auto repair I use 3/25/2016

I don't even call around! They should be the only place to go for anyone. They are always thorough and reasonable in price. They will not fix anything that is not necessary or for no reason. I can completly trust them with all my vehicles. more

Ford F-150 Service 1/22/2016

My wife and Me have been using J&W repair for over 12 years and for critical repairs on our vehicles we have always used them. They have never tried to inflate the service bill by adding unnecessary repairs and when they find issues with the vehicles, other than the original reason for service, they have explained the repair(s) in detail and have given me options including options that may include other repair facilities. Very happy with their level of professional integrity and expertize in their field. more

The Best 1/9/2016

Over the years I have been to J&W many times for repair and regular service maintenance. This was my diesel truck's 150,000 miles service. In a very professional and timely fashion, they completed my extensive checklist (which included everything the book recommended and a few more items). I completely trust them to accomplish everything correct the first time. I have recommended them to many of my friends. more
